What is covered
We warrant that our recycled HDPE profiles and furniture are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, and that they will not rot, splinter, absorb water or be eaten by termites in normal use.
The warranty period for each product line is confirmed in writing on your quotation and invoice. It runs from the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser.
What is not covered
- Normal weathering, including gradual surface lightening or tone change under strong sun. This is cosmetic and does not affect structural performance.
- Minor batch-to-batch variation in colour, fleck or texture, which is inherent to recycled feedstock.
- Damage from misuse, impact, fire, chemical exposure, alteration, or loading beyond the specified span or capacity.
- Failure caused by installation that does not follow our published spans, joist centres, fixing types and expansion gaps.
- Movement or failure of a substructure, foundation or building element that we did not supply or install.
Installation conditions
HDPE expands and contracts with temperature. Correct support spacing, fixings and expansion gaps must be used. We supply the current fixing guidance with every order and our team will review a specification for you before you build.
Making a claim
Send your order reference, the delivery date, photographs of the issue and a short description to greenventuretanzania@gmail.com, or WhatsApp 0748576025. We may ask to inspect the installation. Where a claim is valid, we will repair, replace or credit the affected material at our option.
