How this site handles your data

• Traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted in transit.
• Quotation and order records are stored in an access-controlled database, and files attached to a quote are not publicly listed.
• Payment credentials are entered on our payment provider's platform. We never receive or store your card or mobile-money details.
• Staff access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to fulfil an order.

Reporting a concern

If you believe you have found a security issue on this website, email greenventuretanzania@gmail.com with the subject "Security report" and a description of the issue and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before publishing details, and do not access, alter or delete other people's data while testing.

We will acknowledge reports and keep you updated on the fix.
