Feedstock

Our raw material is post-consumer HDPE plastic waste collected in and around Arusha through collectors and community collection points. Material is sorted by polymer type and colour, washed, shredded and pelletised before it enters production.

We pay for the waste we take in, which keeps collection worthwhile for the people doing it and keeps plastic out of dumpsites and waterways.

Quality control

• Incoming feedstock is checked for polymer type and contamination before washing.
• Extrusion and moulding runs are monitored for density, dimension and finish, and off-spec output is reground back into the process rather than discarded.
• Finished profiles are checked against the ordered dimensions and finish before dispatch.
• Production batches are recorded so a delivered order can be traced back to its run.

Our commitments

• We describe our products honestly. Published spans, dimensions and applications reflect how the material actually performs.
• We do not use virgin plastic to pad out a recycled claim.
• We keep offcuts and rejects inside the loop by regrinding them.
• We operate lawfully in Tanzania and expect the same of our suppliers, transporters and installation partners.
• We give customers the fixing and span guidance needed to build correctly, before they buy.

Testing and technical data

Technical data sheets, sample material and specification support are available on request for architects, engineers and contractors. Where a project requires independent testing of a specific property, we will discuss the scope and arrange it with you.
